Community guidelines

• Use your real first name, your real age and recent photos of yourself.
• One account per person. No profiles on behalf of friends, and no duplicate accounts.
• Never submit residence documents that are not yours.

• What happens on Sektrr stays on Sektrr. Do not screenshot, share or discuss another member's profile with neighbours.
• Do not try to work out anyone's tower, floor or flat, and do not share your own or anyone else's residence details in chat.
• If you recognise someone, treat them the way you would want to be treated: with discretion.

• No means no, in chat and in the corridor. Do not contact someone off the app after they unmatch or decline.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination of any kind.
• No sexual content in first messages, and none at all without clear mutual interest.

These end an account permanently, on the first report we verify:

• Physical intimidation, stalking or any behaviour that makes a neighbour feel unsafe at home.
• Fake residence verification or impersonation.
• Commercial solicitation, scams or asking members for money.
• Any involvement of minors.

Reports are reviewed by a person. Depending on severity we warn, restrict, suspend or permanently remove accounts, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires. Removal from Sektrr for a safety violation is permanent across all societies. If you believe we got a decision wrong, raise it through the grievance redressal page.
